A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Swing Shift) to support production and prototype testing of integrated circuit (IC) packages by performing manufacturing, testing, inspection, and packaging operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Swing Shift)Responsibilities:
- Perform production and prototype testing of integrated circuit (IC) packages by trimming leads, verifying package seal integrity, and setting up and operating semi-automated test systems to validate DC and RF electrical performance.
- Prepare finished integrated circuit packages for shipment, including tape-and-reel packaging.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.
- Perform manufacturing operations in an ESD-controlled environment while maintaining accuracy, handling small components, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Manage priorities, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to continuous operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, integrated circuit fabrication, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and handle small electronic components with precision.
- Experience with integrated circuit fabrication processes, including package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection, is preferred.
- Technical experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Swing Shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 pm.
- Flexible schedule for training, ability to train on Day Shift.
