What You'll Be Doing- Safely operate underground mining equipment and machinery to support daily production goals.
- Conduct inspections of work areas, equipment, and mine conditions to identify and address safety concerns.
- Perform drilling, blasting, scaling, hauling, and material handling activities as assigned.
- Follow mine plans, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain mining equipment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and the capability to learn and adapt to underground mining processes and equipment.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer- $47.00 per hour.
