Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
• Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
• Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting pay $25.88 per hour DOE 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.
