** Vantor is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA). In this role, you will have the chance to shape the space security cooperation and security assistance mission by providing technical expertise to integrate a U.S. Space Force mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners.

You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to support the technology release and foreign disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy. You’ll develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership to report programmatic milestones. This position is located in Arlington, VA.Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

* Qualifications:

*** Top Secret clearance
* Bachelor’s degree in a systems engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science field
* 6+ years of experience with space operations
* 3+ years of experience with the mission area
* Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders
* Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, and communicate at the executive level

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience with TRFD policy and processes
* Knowledge of Senior and executive leadership’s role in security assistance and FMS and their relationships to key stakeholders
* Ability to use Power Apps such as Power BI
* TS/SCI clearance
