* SUMMARY:

** The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands.  All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.
** POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
*** Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions.
* Verifies and inspects work according to standard work.
* Perform quality checks and tests.
* Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque and hand tools, where applicable.
* Adhere to work and safety rules.
* Good verbal communication
* Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
* Understands, accepts, and supports the company’s vision and key business goals.
