Production Supervisor - 1st shift

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Oversee daily production activities, ensuring schedules are executed efficiently and customer commitments are met. Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, identifying risks, and driving a safe work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational, equipment, and workflow issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance. Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support seamless production operations.

Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capability, efficiency, and overall operational results.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience using production management systems and technology to monitor performance and drive results.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with familiarity in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
