Position: Materials Handler I - 3rd Shift
Location: Northern

Quanex is looking for a
Material Handler to join our team located in
Winnebago, IL.

This position is part of a team responsible for moving finished goods around and out of the facility in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

What Success Looks Like:

Receive and stock finished goods and pull customer orders.
Scan finished goods when received, stocked, moved, and shipped.
Record/print inventory activity information.
Enter and print shipping documentation.
Load trucks with packaged finished goods.
Assist with packaging finished goods, as necessary
Adhere to established standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Your Credentials:

A high school degree, or equivalent.
Ability to work 8 hours, Monday – Friday, from 10:45 pm - 7:15 am.
Good reading ability, including the ability to read and understand packaging layouts.
Good computer proficiency with the ability to use a variety of systems.
Ability to be certified on and to operate forklifts.
Ability to perform the physical functions of the job, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
