What we need
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machinist to join our Fixtures & Prototypes team within the System Test organization. Your job will be to bring prototypes, machines, tools, and fixtures from concept to completion. You will collaborate with engineers to influence and optimize designs, fabricate custom, low-volume, and one-of-a-kind parts and components in our machine shop, and build fixtures.
You will operate, program, and set up manual and CNC machines to produce metal and plastic parts based on engineering drawings and specifications. You will also take ownership of maintaining shop equipment and managing machine schedules. This is a dynamic position that blends creativity, design, and problem-solving with hands-on machining, assembly, and maintenance.
