** Your Role at Batesville:**### As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.###

* The expected pay for this role is $23.10 to $24.55 per hour with increases after 90 calendar days. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

* Build and assemble caskets according to safety and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively.
