Job Description:

**** PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* • Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions  
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency  
• Construct cabinets in all different phases  
• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures

** Areas covered under description:
*** Puller – Doors, Fronts, Frames, Backs, End Panels, Dovetail, Shelves, Specials, Water spider, Misc, Tops & Bottoms.
* Puller/Packer – Fillers, Molding, Toe Kicks, Panels, Doors, BTKs (Base Tray Kits)
* KAAT Assembly – Hardware, Hinger, Door Hang, Box Build & Core to Front
* Roughcut- computer experience/usage, ability to use oracle (erp system).
* Stocking
* * ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

*
* • One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry or detail-oriented environment is preferred  
• Two to three years of work experience  
• Knowledge of safe work practices  
• High School diploma or GED preferred  
• Ability to read a tape measure-standard and metric  
• Math skills  
• Ability to read/write  
• Ability to operate various tools  Previous scanner experience
* Ladder usage at heights greater than ground level
* Ability to learn door styles and colors of specs
* Ability to work in a team environment

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* • May be required to frequently life up to 30 lbs.  
• Hand dexterity and strength  
• Overtime may be required, including weekends  
• May be required to work a flexible schedule
