** Job Description
** IKO is a global leader in manufacturing roofing products with production facilities worldwide. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team of skilled professionals based at our Bismarck, Missouri plant. This plant produces granules from raw material for our vertically integrated shingle manufacturing operation.
** Job Summary
** Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive, routine, repair, and emergency maintenance activities across the plant. This role will use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure that all maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled, and executed with minimal disruption to operations. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
** Job Responsibilities
** Develop weekly and outage work scopes for hourly maintenance personnel
Create, schedule, and close out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in CMMS
** Qualifications
* * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Mechanical design experience is a plus Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks
The Maintenance Planner is expected to comply with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant operations at all times. This is a safety sensitive position.
