Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

The Chief Health Technology Officer owns the technological architecture of the Winixx Health operating layer, including health intelligence, device integration, longitudinal health systems, clinical interfaces, interoperability, and the digital infrastructure connecting patients with the healthcare ecosystem.

• Define the technical architecture of the Winixx Health platform
• Lead health intelligence, AI, machine learning, and clinical decision-support engineering
• Integrate authorized signals from wearables, vehicles, phones, health centers, diagnostics, and other systems
• Build the longitudinal health data architecture
• Develop patient and provider interfaces
• Establish interoperability and healthcare integration strategy
• Define technical standards for device and platform integrations
• Work with Clinical & Medical Affairs to ensure technology is clinically appropriate
• Establish technical safety, reliability, observability, and validation practices
• Lead engineering organizations responsible for the healthcare platform
• Develop the technology roadmap toward national-scale infrastructure
• Ensure the platform can coordinate preventive, clinical, emergency, pharmaceutical, and follow-up workflows

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical discipline
• Demonstrated ability to architect and lead complex technology systems
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data platforms, APIs, AI/ML, security, and software engineering
• Ability to reason about healthcare technology even where direct healthcare experience is limited
• Strong systems-thinking and product judgment
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly technical teams
• Advanced degree in a technical or health-related discipline is valued
• Direct healthcare CTO experience is not required
