We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This role plays a critical part in ensuring continuous production by executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing timely repairs.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial production and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain equipment such as mixers, conveyors, ovens, flow wrappers, and related machinery
Diagnose issues with PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to complete repairs
Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues quickly
Document maintenance work using a CMMS system
Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements including GMP, SQF, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting high-volume production
Requires standing, lifting, and working with industrial machinery
Strict adherence to safety and food production standards

Requirements Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Technology, or related field
OR 5+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair:
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience working with PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider)
Working knowledge of 480V three‑phase and low‑voltage electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Blueprints
- Technical manuals and work orders
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced production environment while following all safety and compliance protocols

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food manufacturing or high‑speed production environments
Knowledge of preventive and reliability‑centered maintenance programs
Light fabrication, cutting, and welding experience
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently
