** Job Details:**## $19.25/hr with a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift##
** Responsibilities****:*** ## Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations.* ## Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements.* ## Monitor shoulder cuts, debone mechanical issues, and meat supply.* ## Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.* ## Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.* ## Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.
* ## Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.
** Requirements:
**** The Applicant must have a least six (6) months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months
