3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 10:30pm-6:30am + OT as required | $1.00 Shift Differential
What you´ll do- Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely following all procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer for the completion of quality checks and downtime entry for tracking, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- Gain multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas
- Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment; operating forklifts and familiarity with operating equipment.
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Participate in High-Performance Systems (HPS) activities.
- Handling Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials and verifying inventory.
- Acquire multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas of production.
