Shift: 2nd Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm  
** Job Responsibilities
*** Supports Microchip’s Guiding Values and Culture.
* Learn to operate various handlers and testers on the Test floor.
* Be able to understand verbal and written instructions to complete lots via COMETS, SPTRs, and emailed instructions.
* You will need to communicate with the appropriate people when the equipment and processes do not meet the specified limits or are not working correctly.

*** High School diploma or GED.

* Ability to follow direction (both written and verbal).
* Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications for each piece of equipment.
* Proficiency in written and oral communication.
* Availability to work M-F shift currently with flexibility to change to compressed schedule in future when needed.
* Good computer, math and reading comprehension skills.
** Must be flexible to move to a traditional A, B, C, or D shift when production is moved to compressed scheduling. This includes weekends.

* Physical Requirements:

** Must be able to perform work while wearing a smock coat, hair net, face mask, and nitrile gloves for up to 7 hours per shift.
