Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and develop the maintenance team to drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Optimize equipment performance by analyzing downtime trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships to support operational goals.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals in a heavy industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mobile equipment maintenance practices.

Proven capability to drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.

Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Requires frequent walking, climbing, standing, and engagement with production and maintenance teams throughout the facility.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company standards.

Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
