Heartwood Custom Woodworks has provided custom cabinetry and millwork to the Vail and Aspen markets for 35 years. Our work is primarily high-end residential, with clients including home-builders and architects, and occasionally homeowners on smaller projects. Heartwood is an end-to-end operation, covering design/engineering, production (15,000 sq ft facility), and finishing in-house:
The Opportunity:
Heartwood is hiring an experienced finisher to support our projects. This is a role for someone who is experienced in wood finishing, has a strong knowledge of color theory and the ability to match finishes using various techniques (stains, paint, ebonizers, bleaches, etc).
This person will also be able to participate in our team environment by following processes and documenting work so we can perform future work and re-work efficiently.
