Identify potential Continuous Improvementopportunitiesandevents .Verifytheeffectivenessofimplementedprocessimprovements.

Participateinthe Lean Internship Program .Supportsafetyandenvironmentalinitiativestobetterserveouremployeesandcommunity.

Maintaineffectivecommunicationbetweenemployees,management,support staff,otherKIdivisions,andcustomersasneeded.

Identifyandimplementcostreductionopportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironmentfocusingon

Continuous

Improvement(CI) initiatives,includingleadingorfacilitatingCIprojectsand

Kaizenevents.

Enhancedtroubleshootingandadministrativeskills.

Leadingimprovementinitiatives(Kaizenevents) fromconceptionthroughimplementation.

Overseethesuccessof Kaizenevents,including:

Coordinatestrategicanddetailedplans.

Planningofeventswithadynamicfunnelprocesstiedto Policy Deployment /Model Value Streamand Daily Management .Developandimplementimprovementstrategiesandinitiatives.

Eventexecutionandsustainmentof Kaizeneventresults.

Lead/facilitatetheimplementationandsustainmentof

Leantools(Visual Management,6S,Kaizen,Value Stream Mapping ,plan-do-check-act,Lean processes,etc.).Ability to developanddelivertrainingprogramstoeducateemployeeson

Previous manufacturing experience required.
