Production Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our team in Vanceburg, KY. This is an onsite, full-time position offering a pay rate of $14.00 per hour with the potential for permanent placement.

• Support manufacturing processes by cutting, shaping, refining, and inspecting various items.
• Perform manual labor including molding, lamination, trimming, and layup tasks.
• Operate machinery and hand tools in a secure and efficient manner.
• Prepare and utilize resins, gel coats, and related substances according to provided guidelines.
• Ensure finished items meet quality standards by verifying dimensions and checking for flaws.
• Adhere to established protocols for every phase of the assembly process to ensure consistent output.
• Prepare completed merchandise for transport or inventory storage by labeling and packaging items.
• Maintain a tidy, orderly, and hazard-free workspace to improve overall team efficiency.
• Utilize necessary protective equipment, such as respirators, to ensure personal safety.
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to management immediately.
• Contribute to daily production targets while maintaining high standards of excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all shifts to ensure seamless workflow operations.

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial, though we provide comprehensive training.
• Ability to comprehend and execute written directions and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics for tasks like measuring and counting.
• Strong manual dexterity and an eagerness to acquire new technical skills.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Capacity to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Comfort working in environments that may include dust, fumes, and varying temperatures typical of fiberglass production.
• Willingness to wear required safety gear, such as gloves and respirators, for extended durations.
• Strong hand-eye coordination to support precise finishing and inspection tasks.
