Medeco Security Locks on-site in Salem, VA seeks a Plating and Pre-Finish Operator on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) with potential overtime. You will operate the plating machine, manage chemical baths, and support the waste treatment process for high-security locks.
No experience required, but safety and detail focus are essential. From dispatch reports to quality checks, you’ll follow defined processes and coordinate with the team to keep plating operations efficient and compliant.
