Location: Central City

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold:
To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we’ve been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that’s both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 11+ million learners worldwide with solutions like Talent

LMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), Talent Cards (a mobile app for deskless training), and Talent

HR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We’re searching for a Social Media Lead to bring our brands to life across social platforms and extend our voice to new audiences. You’ll play a key role in amplifying our content, elevating our thought leadership, and shaping how the world sees our brand.

This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who knows how to build credibility, spark engagement, and craft scroll‑stopping content that feels distinctly us.

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Lead, you will:

  • Lead our social media presence — Implement and manage social media strategies to align with business goals. From there, you’ll own the social media calendar, create, publish, and monitor content across all key channels, with room to explore emerging platforms.
  • Bring our brand voice to life — develop platform‑native, original content that reflects our tone and values, from witty posts and storytelling threads to short‑form video and community engagement.
  • Amplify thought leadership — turn our original research, PR mentions, and leadership insights into engaging, shareable social narratives.
  • Collaborate across teams — collaborate closely with our Brand, Content, PR and Product Marketing teams to ensure every post ladders up to our brand strategy and communications goals.
  • Champion employer branding — build our reputation as a great place to work by showcasing our people, culture, and impact stories on the most relevant touchpoints.
  • Own content creation — produce videos, design simple assets in Canva, and brief our Design team when more complex creative is needed.
  • Create standout video content — capture and produce videos (interviews, on‑the‑spot footage, social‑first clips, event coverage, etc.) to bring stories, people, and product moments to life. You'll proactively source opportunities for video, not just execute them.
  • Engage and listen — actively monitor conversations on key terms/topics, respond to comments and messages, and use social listening to surface insights, trends, and opportunities for brand engagement. Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and build strong relationships.
  • Monitor, measure, and evolve — track performance, analyze engagement and sentiment, and surface insights to help us continuously raise the bar. Regularly track competitor activities, industry leaders, and emerging trends. Bring forward recommendations and innovative ideas to ensure we stay ahead of the curve on strategy, formats, and execution.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ proven experience managing social media for a B2B brand (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field will be highly regarded.
  • A portfolio of native content that shows creativity, tone mastery, and an understanding of what makes people engage.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate brand and thought leadership themes into social‑first content that is relevant to our audience. This also includes an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Hands‑on experience with Canva, video creation tools (e.g., Premier pro, Veed, Cap Cut), and social scheduling platforms.
  • A data‑informed mindset — you use insights and critical thinking to iterate and…
