Investor Relations Communications Manager

Kyivstar is seeking an Investor Relations Communications Manager to lead the investor relations communications as the company is listed at Nasdaq, US stock market. This newly created position will be instrumental in shaping how Kyivstar communicates with investors, analysts, and financial media.

• Develop and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in close cooperation with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams.
• Lead all communications related to Kyivstar's Nasdaq listing process and ongoing public company requirements.
• Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks that align with corporate strategy and market positioning.
• Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-related issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Write, edit and coordinate the press releases, other communications.
• Coordinate timely content-filling for the IR-dedicated website of Kyivstar (in English and Ukrainian).
• Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements.

• Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications headquarters for the investor relations communications.
• Coordinate closely with US-based IR & PR agency to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists and industry influencers.

• Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media.
• Event management.
• Monitor media coverage and market sentiment.
• Prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting investor communications.

• Master’s degree in communications, International Relations, Business, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

• Native Ukrainian, fluent English.

This position reports directly to the Kyivstar Corporate Relations and Communications Director and works closely with the CFO, Finance and Legal teams, and VEON headquarters’ Corporate Communications and Investor Relations teams.

Position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
