The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking an experienced Marketing Content Specialist to take full ownership of our brand execution across all marketing channels. This is a critical, in‑house role responsible for protecting, elevating, and consistently executing the company’s marketing and brand standards. This position is full‑time and office‑based in Edmonton. Remote, hybrid, freelance, or agency arrangements will not be considered.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the end‑to‑end execution of marketing content—from creation to deployment—across all major digital platforms, company websites, and print materials. This role requires a professional who understands that marketing is not just creativity, but discipline, consistency, and execution  will work directly with executive leadership and internal teams to ensure the brand is represented accurately, professionally, and strategically at all times.

This includes managing the company’s full marketing portfolio, maintaining brand integrity, and supporting business growth initiatives across residential, commercial, and investment real estate. This role requires a minimum of two years of hands‑on marketing experience, with demonstrated capability in content creation, social media deployment, brand management, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and capable of operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment with minimal supervision.

This position is suited for a professional who takes ownership, meets deadlines without exception, and understands that strong brands are built through consistent execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the company marketing calendar across all platforms, ensuring consistent, timely, and strategic deployment of content
  • Manage and coordinate content creation for the entire team, including agents, leadership, and departments, ensuring brand consistency at all times
  • Create, edit, publish, and distribute high‑quality content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, websites, and other approved platforms
  • Lead end‑to‑end content execution —from concept and production to posting, tracking, and optimization
  • Drive brand growth, market awareness, and visibility for The Bagga Team and Royal LePage Magna within the Edmonton real estate market
  • Support and execute marketing initiatives focused on generating buyer and seller leads
    , recruiting visibility, and client engagement
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines
    , visual standards, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with team members to capture content
    , provide direction, and ensure the timely delivery of required assets
  • Manage and update company websites, listing content, landing pages, and digital profiles
  • Coordinate and distribute client updates, announcements, campaigns, and newsletters as required
  • Track content performance, engagement, and campaign results, and recommend improvements
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and content libraries in an organized and accessible manner
  • Manage print and digital marketing materials
    , including brochures, signage, flyers, and presentations
  • Meet all deadlines without exception and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and team members regarding timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Represent the company brand professionally in all internal and external communications
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on professional experience in marketing, content creation, and brand execution
  • Proven experience creating and deploying content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and video‑based platforms
  • Strong understanding of short‑form and long‑form video strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to execute a marketing calendar with consistency, discipline, and accountability
