We are looking for a Senior Creative Manager to lead the Club’s creative vision across campaigns, content, partnerships, and brand experiences.
This role will be at the heart of our Brand & Digital Media team, turning strategy into impactful creative work and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the ambition, consistency, and distinctiveness of the Juventus brand.
As Senior Creative Manager, you will translate strategic objectives into effective and high‑quality creative execution, guiding teams and influencing key creative decisions across the organization.
What you’ll do- Define and lead Juventus’ creative direction across campaigns, content, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts, visual territories, and guidelines that bring brand strategies to life.
- Lead and inspire creative teams, fostering excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee the development of creative assets and productions across multiple channels and formats.
- Partner with Content & Media teams to create impactful experiences across digital, social, editorial, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility.
- Guide agencies, production suppliers, and external creative partners through clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Support commercial and partnership activations while protecting and strengthening Juventus’ brand identity.
- Stay ahead of emerging creative trends, cultural movements, and industry best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- 6–9 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, branding, design, or integrated communication roles.
- Previous experience managing creative teams and delivering complex, multi‑channel campaigns.
- Experience working with agencies, production partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in brand development, visual identity systems, content production, and creative storytelling.
- Deep understanding of digital, social, editorial, and multimedia ecosystems.
- Ability to combine creativity, strategic thinking, and business awareness.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent Italian and English.
