Policy Communications Lead

We are seeking a senior policy communications leader to shape public conversations on key policy issues across EMEA.

developing and executing advocacy strategies aligned with EU and UK priorities, crafting clear narratives, managing relationships with media and industry stakeholders, and advising senior leaders on messaging and issues.

You will oversee a regional team, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure alignment with global efforts.

extensive experience in policy communications, advocacy campaigns, and public affairs within EMEA, with strong media relationships and proven success in high-impact coverage.

Excellent writing, editorial judgment, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Preferred skills include financial services expertise, multilingual abilities, and experience managing external partners and budgets.
