Promise Alliance is seeking a creative
Social Media Manager
to develop, implement, and oversee our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and capable of engaging audiences while promoting our brand and insurance services. This role is fully remote.

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
• Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance metrics
• Develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer interaction
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to develop creative content and campaigns
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
