Job Responsibilities- Recommend new products based on customer and competitor insights, collaborating with fellow interns to present recommendations to leadership.
- Review customer feedback regarding product quality, product information and creative design for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze return reports to identify opportunities to reduce return percentages.
