ROLE OVERVIEW

The Brand Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to bring Raide’s brand strategy to life across all consumer touchpoints.

This role is equal parts creative execution, campaign management, and operational excellence. You will own the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across social, email, partnerships, product launches, and events, ensuring every campaign is cohesive, high-quality, and on time.

If the Head of Brand Marketing sets the direction, you make it happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution & Launch Support
  • Execution of seasonal product launch GTM
  • Build marketing calendars and timelines
  • Coordinate creative assets across email, social, web, and paid
  • Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels
  • Track performance and pull learnings forward
  • Support execution of brand partnerships and collaborations
Social Media Management
  • Execute the weekly social calendar
  • Draft captions and short-form copy
  • Coordinate content shoots and athlete content submissions
  • Manage graphic design needs
  • Track engagement and growth metrics
Website
  • Ensure the website information is up to date
  • Build out the site for product launches
  • Monitor site performance and identify areas of improvement
Email Marketing
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Write email copy aligned with brand voice
  • Coordinate design assets
    Support lifecycle and automation flows
  • Support communication with athlete team
  • Track deliverables and campaign integration
  • Coordinate athlete content for launches
Events
  • Support planning and execution of Raide events
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing promotion
  • Capture and distribute post-event content
Brand Stewardship
  • Maintain a high bar for quality across all outputs
  • Ensure messaging is cohesive and on-brand
  • Uphold Raide’s visual and tonal standards
WHO YOU ARE
  • 3-5 years of experience at a consumer brand
  • Experience executing product launches
  • Experience managing social and email marketing
  • Experience working with athletes, influencers, or partnerships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
  • Strong copywriting across social and email
  • Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4
  • Organized and timeline-driven
  • Analytical and performance-aware
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for efficient creative production
  • Willing and able to travel ~1x/month for events and campaigns
  • Deep understanding of mountain and endurance culture
  • This role includes participating in campaign shooting in real-world mountain environments which may require skiing and running.
