We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling and understands how to grow an engaged audience across Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Position Overview This is more than a content posting role. We are looking for someone who can partner with us to grow the brand, increase engagement, and build a loyal community while helping us identify the content that performs best.

• Develop and execute an overall social media growth strategy.
• Create a monthly content calendar aligned with upcoming interviews and campaigns.
• Recommend which interview clips, quotes, and moments should be turned into reels and short-form content.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Optimize content for Instagram, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, Linked In, and other relevant platforms.
• Advise on the best days and times to post based on analytics.
• Monitor trends and recommend ways to participate in relevant conversations.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and watch time.
• Suggest collaborations with creators, organizations, and influencers that align with the brand.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Guide hashtag strategy, keywords, thumbnails, and video titles.
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Stay informed on platform updates and recommend new opportunities to expand our reach.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Understands interview, podcast, and storytelling content.
• Has strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Knows how to create content that encourages sharing and conversation.
• Is creative, proactive, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Understands analytics and can translate data into strategy.
• Is familiar with Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Linked In, and emerging social platforms.
• Has experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools.
• Is organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
