Chariot helps people claim money they’re owed when companies violate their rights. It’s serious work, but we keep it real and relatable. Now we want to reach millions more organically with smart, fun, and share-worthy content across every social channel.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Associate to own strategy, ideation, and execution for all of Chariot’s social platforms. You’ll manage our content calendar, brainstorm fun campaign ideas, and coordinate with influencers and creators to bring bigger content to life.
You’re just as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it; we want someone who can organize ideas and hop on camera for quick Tik Toks/Reels when needed.

• Know what’s trending on Tik Tok, IG, and how to spin it for a brand.
• Can wrangle a content calendar like a pro.
• Love organizing and executing small ideas quickly.
• Can track performance, test new formats, and adjust based on what’s working.
• Are comfortable replying to DMs/comments in a voice that’s fun, smart, and true to us.
• You’ve played around with AI content tools and can generate content quickly
• Have experience/success with social media growth loops
• Bonus: You’ve had content go viral before and think you can do the same with ours!

Plan fun, fresh ideas in-house and manage UGC/influencer content

Shoot and appear in quick-turn content yourself

Track and report performance, test variations, and help iterate

Reply to comments, DMs, and tags in our tone of voice

Keep everything cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader campaigns
