The Portfolio Marketing Manager, Row Crops is responsible for leading marketing strategy, product positioning, and commercial execution for Rovensa Next's row crop portfolio, including corn, soybeans, wheat, and cotton. This role drives portfolio growth by developing differentiated market positioning, translating technical and field performance data into compelling customer value propositions, and executing go-to-market strategies that increase product adoption and market share.

A key focus of this role is supporting a new distribution partnership portfolio launching September 1, 2026, one of Rovensa Next’s most significant growth initiatives in North America. The Portfolio Marketing Manager will develop marketing programs, sales enablement tools, and commercialization plans that align with grower purchasing decisions, distributor buying cycles, and seasonal planting windows.

Working closely with Marketing, Technical & Development, Key Account Management, and Regional Commercial teams, his position develops and executes marketing programs aligned with grower purchasing decisions, distributor buying cycles, and seasonal planting windows.

The role reports to the North America, Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Product Positioning & Market Differentiation
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and Development Team to translate field trial data and technical product information into clear, differentiated marketing claims and customer messaging.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio value propositions, positioning statements, and proof-point libraries for row crop products.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across sales tools, campaigns, promotional materials, and customer communications.
  • Monitor competitor positioning, product claims, and commercial activity within row crop biologicals, inoculants, and related product categories.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate products based on performance, compatibility, economics, and customer value.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the row crop portfolio, aligning product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement activities with key agricultural buying cycles.
  • Lead commercialization efforts for the new distribution partnership portfolio launching September 1, 2026.
  • Create, maintain, and manage commercial marketing materials and sales support tools.
  • Partner with Regional Commercial Managers to develop pricing recommendations, promotional programs, and market activation strategies.
Sales Enablement & Brand Development
  • Provide sales teams and Key Account Managers with effective messaging, presentations, collateral, and bid support.
  • Support account strategies involving both branded and private-label opportunities.
  • Build awareness and preference for the Rovensa Next brand across key row crop markets.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify portfolio expansion and growth opportunities.
