We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Content Strategist to strengthen our presence in the U.S. market across various channels, including social media, digital campaigns, and print materials. This role will primarily support our U.S. office, ensuring it is fully equipped and aligned with the company's global marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with international offices, gathering, clarifying, and processing requests related to U.S. market opportunities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal marketing requests, including design, content, PR, and production tasks, and manage their execution.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for international markets.

• Adapt marketing materials to meet regional needs, including presentations, one-pagers, commercial proposals, and sales collateral.

• Coordinate collaboration with industry clusters, organizations, and strategic partners across different countries.

• Support Sales and Business Development teams with marketing materials, market insights, and consistent messaging.

• Monitor international events, conferences, forums, and exhibitions, sharing relevant opportunities with the events team.

• Lead the review and implementation of existing Ukrainian marketing policies and procedures for the U.S. team, while developing content governance, review processes, and approval workflows as needed.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing activities for international offices.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Manage regional marketing budgets, including tracking, reporting, and cost control.

• Travel internationally as required to support business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects.

• Experience adapting marketing content and materials for different markets and audiences.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using project management and task-tracking tools.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the defense, aerospace, or miltech industry.

• Technical background or familiarity with engineering-driven products.

• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
