PAX LABS is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to own the global DTC engine end-to-end across the US, Canada, UK, and EU. Lead a multi-storefront, headless storefront operation and work with engineering on the headless roadmap without needing to code.
You will drive paid media, SEO/SEM, CRO, and lifecycle marketing with Klaviyo, while navigating strict regulatory requirements and building a high-performing team with agencies and vendors. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.
