Responsibilities

  • Execute the setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns for notable CPG brands, agencies, retailers, and publishers
  • Monitor campaign performance, investigate performance anomalies, and recommend optimizations backed by campaign data
  • Prepare reports and communicate campaign insights to internal teams and external partners
  • Partner with Client Success, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully

  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery, tracking, creative, and measurement issues while partnering with Product, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve them
  • Develop a strong understanding of how Chicory's advertising products work and proactively seek opportunities to improve campaign outcomes
  • Build upon team and company culture and act as a champion of Chicory Principles

Qualifications

  • Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to evolving advertising platforms and workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management instincts and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and can explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Comfort using spreadsheet tools to organize and analyze data, including functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (or a willingness to strengthen these skills)
