This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager (UK DTC Brand) based in United States.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced digital marketer ready to take ownership of growth for a fast-moving DTC e-commerce business.
- You’ll lead customer acquisition and retention across Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and email marketing through Klaviyo.
- The role covers the full customer journey, from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, and lifetime value optimisation.
- You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, using performance data to identify opportunities and improve commercial outcomes.
- You’ll also manage a remote marketing team and coordinate projects across creative, content, product, and external stakeholders.
- Success will be measured through meaningful business metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV rather than activity alone.
- This is a high‑ownership environment suited to a proactive marketer who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and measurable growth.
