This is a high-impact, high-visibility role based in Fenway, one of Boston's most vibrant and fast-evolving neighborhoods. You will own performance marketing across our residential and commercial portfolio, with direct influence on leasing velocity, cost efficiency, and property-level financial outcomes. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days on-site in Fenway, putting you at the center of the portfolio you are marketing and the teams you're supporting.
