• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and help set appointments
• Follow up with leads and community outreach opportunities
• Assist with social media content and marketing ideas
• Help create engaging posts and promotional materials
• Support local community outreach and events
• Visit local businesses and apartment communities to promote the agency
• Assist with basic administrative and marketing tasks
• Track outreach and appointment activity

• College student or individual looking for part‑time professional experience
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
• Interested in social media, marketing, sales, or business
• Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the team
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok
• Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required

• Hands‑on marketing and social media experience
• Sales and outbound calling experience
• Customer communication and appointment‑setting skills
