Intern

• Campaign Execution:
  Support the planning and execution of end-to-end promotional campaigns within the Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods (EBHV) categories.
• Data & Insight:
  Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Seller Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and a superior buyer experience.
• Market Intelligence:
  Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the EBHV space.
• Operational Support:
  Manage day-to-day operational tasks including seller communication, asset management, and quality control of campaign listings.

• Minimum Qualification(s):
  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field). Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the evolving retail landscape. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis) and data visualization tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A proactive learner who is passionate about Tik Tok's ecosystem and its community.
• Preferred Qualification(s):
  Resilient and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

• Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
• Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
• Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
