In this role, you will Empower Success by turning campaign analytics into actionable engagement strategies, ensuring our annual giving pipeline remains strong and sustainable. Through thoughtful stewardship and meticulous database management, you will ensure our supporters feel deeply valued as we Express Gratitude for their investment in our campus. Your work will directly fuel institutional growth, proving every day that Together, We Rise.
- 25% Donor Stewardship & Retention Coordinates annual donor stewardship activities for new and renewing donors. Assists with pulling mailing lists for mass communications, such as newsletters, and large scale event invitations.
- 60% Donor Acquisition & Solicitation Coordinates the planning and execution of annual giving campaigns, including direct mail, digital appeals, Giving Day, and other multi-channel solicitations. Develops campaign materials, web content, and email communications in collaboration with the Advancement office’s Communication Specialist and the office of Marketing and University Communications. Assists with campaign strategy, timelines, budgets, and implementation to ensure successful execution and achievement of fundraising goals.
- 15% Data Management, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintains accurate constituent records, campaign data, mailing lists, and event invitation lists within the donor database. Collects, prepares, and analyzes fundraising and donor data to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen data integrity across annual giving operations. Coordinates internal processing activities to ensure sponsor ships, gifts, invoices, and related documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintains relationships with external vendors, including mail houses and print partners.

Compensation range of $50,686.50 - $60,000. This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree at time of application
- Experience coordinating projects, communications, or fundraising activities while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and effectively use donor databases and other technology systems
- Experience in higher education, nonprofit fundraising, or advancement
- Experience using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or a comparable constituent relationship management (CRM) system
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing, communications, or fundraising campaigns
- Experience working with print vendors, mail houses, or external service providers
This position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule, subject to approved telecommuting request. The home campus of this position is Green Bay and the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel to or work at the Marinette, Sheboygan or Manitowoc Campus, based on operational needs. Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment.
