Salary Range: $22.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Duties: Provides day-to-day support for the Marketing Department by coordinating marketing projects and calendars, maintaining timelines and deliverables, and assisting with the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives. Serves as a liaison with internal departments and external vendors to ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Assists with monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to support data-driven decision making.

Skills

Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a working knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms required.

Experience working with CMS and GA4; familiarity with website accessibility principles, SEO, AI search optimization, and website optimization; as well as the ability to interpret marketing metrics and prepare reports preferred but not required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
