** is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time UGC/Affiliate Manager for DNAM Brands. In this role, you will lead the growth and management of our affiliate program across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka—driving revenue through strategic partnerships, performance optimization, and structured reporting.

Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you will recruit and nurture high-impact creators and partners, coordinate gifting and content execution, and align campaigns with broader brand and business objectives. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and a deep understanding of affiliate platforms, UGC strategy, and the evolving creator ecosystem across Tik Tok and Instagram. The Affiliate Manager plays a critical role in scaling performance-driven partnerships—ensuring programs are thoughtfully managed, data-informed, and consistently aligned with growth goals.
