Description

This individual will help execute a variety of content-related tasks, including technical and routine functions as well as creative and communication-based projects.

The individual will work closely with the development and alumni communications team on ensuring storytelling is reaching our audience on a variety of platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but can include building web stories, scheduling and creating posts for the Alumni Association channels, creating templated copy for emails or event registrations and updating content calendars.

The student employee can expect to gain experience working on development and alumni marketing and communications pieces, focusing on digital engagement and marketing.

The salary for this position is $14 per hour.

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with primary social media platforms

Preferred skills:

  • HTML experience
  • Photography and/or videography skills
