As the Performance Marketing Lead, International
, you will build a systematic, scaled approach to paid international acquisition from scratch. Operating with full ownership over global channels, market prioritization, creative localization, and budgets, you will report directly to leadership. Your core mandate is delivering funded users, trading volume, and sustainable payback periods—not vanity impressions or clicks.

• End-to-End Paid Acquisition: Own international paid media strategy with direct accountability for funded users, CAC, payback period, and trading volume across global jurisdictions.

• Channel Architecture: Build the global channel mix from the ground up, establishing programmatic media buying alongside testing non-traditional and emerging acquisition channels.

• Market Prioritization & Localization: Prioritize country expansion based on unit economics, adoption signals, and regulatory requirements, driving full funnel localization beyond surface translations.

• On-Chain Attribution & Measurement: Architect the measurement layer for an on-chain product—implementing wallet-level attribution, on-chain conversion tracking, geographic holdouts, and incrementality testing.

• Compliance & Legal Alignment: Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to clear localized campaigns against regional requirements without sacrificing execution speed.

• Non-Traditional Channels: Support creator partnerships, affiliate/referral programs, on-chain incentives, and community-led growth with rigorous performance tracking.

• Budget & Forecasting: Own budget allocation, forecasting, and channel mix modeling to enable leadership to deploy capital with conviction.

• Performance Marketing Track Record: Proven track record building and scaling paid acquisition programs in fast-moving, high-growth, or complex product categories.

• Hands-On Crypto Fluency: Deep, hands-on familiarity with crypto and on-chain products (wallets, chains, stable coins, bridges, and fiat on-ramps).
