Job Description & How to Apply Below
Build Fish Audio's first B2B marketing function, turning developer interest into repeatable enterprise pipeline and revenue.
- Fish Audio builds voice AI. Our audio models rank at the top of TTS-Arena for naturalness and control, and our open-source work on fish-speech is widely used across the voice AI community.
- More than two million voices in 30+ languages run on our platform today, powering voice agents, customer support, audio books, games, dubbing, and media production.
- We are a small and very technical team. Developers already find us on their own through the open-source repos, benchmarks, and API.
- What we have not built yet is the marketing function that turns that interest into a repeatable enterprise business.
- We are hiring our first dedicated B2B marketing leader. You will own how Fish Audio reaches businesses, from developers discovering us through Git Hub to enterprise buyers signing large voice infrastructure contracts.
- This is a build role. There is no team on day one and no playbook to run.
- You will do the positioning work, write the first version of the messaging, launch the campaigns, instrument the funnel, and set up the systems.
- As the motion proves out, you will hire the team under you.
- You will report to the founders and work closely with engineering, research, and sales. Our product is technical and our buyers are technical, so you will need real fluency in latency, streaming, voice cloning, model quality, and deployment options.
- Own B2B positioning and messaging. Define how Fish Audio is understood by developers, platform teams, and enterprise buyers. Turn our advantages in model quality and latency into claims a buyer can act on.
- Build the enterprise demand engine. Stand up the channels that produce qualified pipeline: content, SEO, docs-led acquisition, paid, community, partnerships, and events. Kill the ones that do not work.
- Run developer marketing that developers respect: technical content, benchmarks, model launches, sample apps, cookbooks, integrations, Git Hub and Hugging Face presence, Discord and community engagement, hackathons, and developer conferences.
- Convert bottom-up adoption into enterprise revenue. Design the path from free tier and self-serve API usage to sales-assisted expansion. Define product-qualified leads, build in-product triggers and nurture, and set up the handoff to sales.
- Support the enterprise motion. Build the sales narrative, decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI models, competitive battle cards, and account-based programs the team needs to win against much larger incumbents.
- Drive model and product launches end to end: narrative, launch assets, press and analyst engagement, community activation, and measurement afterward.
- Instrument everything. Set up the marketing stack and reporting so we know what actually drives usage, pipeline, and revenue. You will carry a pipeline number.
- Develop segment strategy. Research where voice AI creates the most value, whether that is agents, support, media, gaming, accessibility, or localization, and concentrate spend where we win.
- Hire and lead. Build the B2B marketing team over time and set the bar for craft and speed while you do.
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, including time at a company where you built or rebuilt the function rather than operating one that already existed.
- Experience marketing a technical product to developers and technical decision-makers. You understand how engineers evaluate tools and how quickly they dismiss marketing language.
- A track record of owning a pipeline or revenue number, not only campaign metrics.
- Experience with both bottom-up adoption and enterprise sales, and comfort designing the bridge between them.
- Strong writing. You can produce a launch post, a technical blog, and a sales narrative yourself, at quality, with no content team behind you.
- Analytical depth. You can build the funnel model, read the data honestly, and change course when it says to.
- Working knowledge of the modern marketing stack, and the judgment to keep it simple at our stage.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias to ship. At this stage the brief is often: figure it out.
