Head of Growth Marketing

Zof AI is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own how we tell our story to a technical, high-standard audience. This is a hands-on, builder-level marketing role for someone who can shape positioning, run demand generation, and turn a serious AI product into a clear, credible narrative. The ideal candidate writes well, thinks strategically, moves fast, and is comfortable owning marketing end to end in an early-stage environment.

• Own positioning, messaging, and the overall marketing narrative for Zof AI.
• Plan and run demand generation, content, and launch campaigns.
• Translate a technical product into clear, credible stories for buyers and builders.
• Build the early marketing engine: website, content, email, and channels.
• Partner with leadership, product, and sales to align message and motion.
• Use AI tools to increase marketing velocity and output quality.
• Measure what works, report clearly, and iterate quickly.
• Establish the marketing foundations a growing company can build on.

• Strong marketing judgment across positioning, content, and demand.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
• Experience marketing technical or developer-facing products.
• Comfort operating hands‑on in an early‑stage environment.
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong ownership and follow-through.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to use AI tools deeply in day-to-day work.

• Experience in AI, developer tools, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience taking a product to market from an early stage.
• Design sensibility and comfort working closely with designers.
• Familiarity with analytics, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
