Fractional Creative Growth & AI Solutions Lead

Field Of Studies works with teams that need sharper brand support, faster creative output, and practical systems for moving work from idea to launch. We are looking for someone who can help us create more leverage across growth, GTM, sales, consulting, creative support, and engineering without turning the work into theater.

This is a fractional role for an operator-builder. You will help shape the plan, write the brief, pressure-test the workflow, make the deck, build the prototype, improve the handoff, and notice the follow-ups before they become someone else's problem.

• Build practical AI solutions for studio operations, client delivery, sales enablement, research, reporting, and repeatable creative production.
• Support brand and GTM work by turning client context into clear positioning, decks, outreach, launch materials, and execution plans.
• Own small growth experiments from hypothesis to assets, instrumentation, follow-up, and next recommendation.
• Translate loose asks into briefs, workflows, artifacts, and systems that make the next round of work easier.
• Work directly with the Managing Partner to identify where the studio needs leverage and then make the useful version real.

• You are comfortable switching between strategy and execution in the same afternoon.
• You can make a first useful version quickly, then improve it with evidence and judgment.
• You understand how brand work, sales conversations, client delivery, and technical systems affect one another.
• You actively use AI tools and can tell the difference between a durable workflow and an impressive demo.
• You communicate clearly when something is blocked, risky, ready, or not worth doing.

• You will help build the studio operating system while also using it on real client work.
• You will have room to propose the plan and the responsibility to land the details.
• The best work here removes drag: a cleaner process, a sharper narrative, a better artifact, a follow-up nobody has to chase.
