Job Responsibilities- Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
- Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.
- Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
- This full-time, 12 week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or a related field.
- Curiosity to understand user perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
