You will own Product Marketing for Zelle - including the product narrative, launch strategies and growth agenda – shaping how the market perceives, adopts, and uses one of the most impactful real-time payment networks in the U.S. Your voice will influence roadmap prioritization, competitive differentiation, and ecosystem positioning across partners and customers.
Zelle is entering a high-velocity growth phase. The 2026 roadmap expands use cases, deepens partner capabilities, and meaningfully improves the end-to-end customer experience. This evolution creates a steady cadence of high-impact launches - all rooted in measurable adoption and engagement outcomes.
Payments experience is mission-critical. You will bring a strong understanding of financial institution constraints and the operational realities of risk, fraud, disputes, and compliance—while still translating that complexity into clear, compelling narratives for partners and the broader market.
This role requires outstanding cross-functional leadership and repeatable go-to-market discipline. You will align Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and external stakeholders around shared priorities, launch readiness, and consistent messaging. Success is driven by trusted relationships, crisp execution, and the ability to move work forward without friction—earning the confidence of Product teams while bringing clarity to complexity.
Overall PurposeThe Sr. Director, Product Marketing - Digital Assets leads product marketing strategy and execution for Early Warning’s cross-border and digital asset enabled payment solutions, driving awareness, adoption, and trust among financial institutions and network participants. While working cross-functionally across product management, business development, corporate marketing, and sales, they will define product positioning, create compelling content, execute on go-to-market strategies, and drive product usage.
EssentialFunctions
- Own and evolve the product marketing strategy with a growth and ecosystem lens, shaping how product and market intersect across financial institutions, platform partners, and end users.
- Lead partner and ecosystem marketing strategy with measurable KPIs tied to adoption, retention, and partner activation across strategic financial institutions in partnership with sales.
- Define and execute differentiated, competitor-aware positioning and messaging for all new strategic use cases, translating complex technology into simple, high-impact narratives.
- Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Communications to craft compliant messaging that strengthens trust and accelerates market adoption.
- Own end-to-market execution with measurable launch outcomes, including adoption, activation lift and partner uptake - including partner toolkits, enablement materials, and adoption programs for financial institutions.
- Leads a data-backed cycle of hypothesis, testing, analytics and optimization for marketing plans and toolkits (e.g., year one plan, templates, etc.) to Financial Institutions to drive awareness and usage.
- Defines and develops new and innovative marketing strategies and programs in response to business challenges.
- Be the chief translator between product, brand, sales, and partners – advancing alignment through clear storytelling, shared metrics, and joint accountability for adoption success.
