  • Support investor messaging, releases and executive talking points related to financial results, strategic transactions, and corporate developments.
  • Develop and maintain issues‑response frameworks, holding statements, escalation processes, and scenario plans.
  • Serve as a primary leader for crisis communications readiness, management, and execution.
  • Lead a team responsible for enterprise and regional media programs that reinforce Fiserv’s business strategy, growth priorities, and Fiserv brand narrative.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
Experience you’ll need to have:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial communications and capital markets, corporate communications, and/or media relations for a public company or global financial institution.
  • Experience managing and mentoring high‑performing teams.
  • Experience leading high-visibility communications and issues management programs, including development of executive talking points, press materials, and crisis response communications.
  • Experience writing and editing executive-level communications that translate complex financial, business, and technology topics into clear external narratives.
Experience that would be great to have:
  • General knowledge of AI and financial technology trends
  • Experience in Financial Services
How you’ll work:
